Marina Expansion Project – Client needed assistance to meet latest guidelines and best management practices in upgrading their resort marina. Client needed representation with regulatory agencies involved with the marina expansion review and approval process.

Forsite provided Project Management services to ensure the appropriate professionals were involved and assessments were completed for regulatory review of proposed marina upgrades. Services included concept planning with the marina contractor, coordinating professional services (environmental and engineering consultants), liaison with government agents, and development of water tenure management plan.

Marina upgrades were approved and construction was successful.
