The Cycle Time Calculator is an ArcTool which determines cycle times and chosen routes based on road network, single or multiple block locations, and mill and satellite yard destinations. The tool uses block(s) location, road network with speeds assigned, one or more destinations such as a mill or satellite yard, wrapper check time, and load and unload times, to calculate cycle times along with mapping the route (can be turned Off). Output supports Budget development and contract pricing as well as helping to balance cycle times.
